Trainer Certification: Trainer and Master Trainer for the Dale Carnegie Course®, Effective Communications and Human Relations and Online programs, High Impact Presentation, Team Member Engagement, Seminars and Customer Service, and Certified Online Trainer.

Client Experience: She spent two years developing the online trainers to interface effectively online with corporate clients.  She has done quality control interventions, monthly refreshers and developed and revised a program to develop online skills.  What we say, how we say it and who we are to enhance, to inspire and to develop professionals in all industries takes skill and finesse.  Marie has worked to hone these with the internal team.

Ms. Ringler has worked with companies in the manufacturing, shipping, retail, construction, and defense industries as well as numerous government agencies.
In particular, Stihl, Inc. has been a partner that she has created numerous customized on site solutions. Five years ago, Stihl, Inc conducted a Gallup poll revealing low scores across the board and in addition had low retention rates. The Gallup poll has been increasing by 15 per cent per year since our training has begun and retention rate has been growing by 10-15% per year.
Maersk Line Limited, a Shipping Company, also partners with Ms. Ringler. Quarterly, she creates a one day program that is used in their boot camps to enhance leadership and communication skills necessary for the officers on board ships that conduct business through out the world. This program continues to be adjusted and adapted to the current needs of those enrolled in the program.
Ms. Ringler created four online seminars for Executive Women International in 2006 and 2007 to increase professionalism, communication skills, people skills, and self development.
Additional clients include: Hourigan Construction, The Breeden Company (a real estate company), JAG, Department of Finance and Accounting, Department of Threat Reduction Agency, Marine Hydraulics Inc (ship repair), Tecnico (ship repair), Canon ITS, Checkered Flag Automobile ( Car dealership), Panasonic (Call Center), Maryview Hospital, Shaffer Title Company, Weeks Marine (marine construction), and Spawar (Dept. of defense).
International experience includes: two years of living on Guam and conducting training with various industries there, particular a five star hotel, the Pacific Star Hotel.

Community Involvement: Ms. Ringler began her career as a graduate of Duke Universtiy working as an R.N. and became a Dale Carnegie Trainer in 1984. She has been on the boards of directors of Rotary International, Virginia Beach Forum, Angel Flight, Executive Women International, Virginia Beach Forum, and Chesapeake Chamber of Commerce, She serves on advisory boards for Merrill Lynch, Virginia Commercial Bank, and Chesapeakeʼs City Manager.
